Consumer Products
We look for businesses that have a strong brand and have demonstrated the market for their product through a solid distribution foundation and research. Our CPG partners typically provide products which promote the well-being of their consumers.

We look to identify companies whose concept is highly differentiated with a well-defined culture. We require proven four-wall economics with a model store cohort that demonstrates the company’s ability to predictably accelerate rollout.

We look for companies that have successfully incorporated e-commerce into their plan, either as a primary channel or as an additional pathway to accessing a broader customer base using online and mobile resources.

  • We seek proprietary deals sourced through the River Hollow Partners network, though we are willing to participate in limited auctions
  • We look for companies whose primary base of operations is in the United States, but we are comfortable with substantial presence in overseas markets
  • Our investments will be in the form of growth equity through small LBO; we are not venture investors
  • While we are not turnaround investors, we look for businesses undergoing significant change, with management teams that have significant participation in the upside of our transactions and a desire to work in close partnership with their Board of Directors
