NEW YORK, NY, March 3, 2014 – Lower mid-market private equity firm River Hollow Partners announced today that industry veteran Charlie Baynes-Reid has joined the firm as a Partner.

Prior to River Hollow Partners, Mr. Baynes-Reid worked at Macquarie Capital where he was focused on principal investments and capital market transactions for the last seven years. In his new role with River Hollow Partners, Mr. Baynes-Reid will be responsible for overseeing deals in distribution and manufacturing.

Prior to working at Macquarie, Mr. Baynes-Reid qualified as a lawyer in the UK in 2001 with Simmons & Simmons in the Corporate Finance Group. He worked in London and Tokyo before moving to Minter Ellison in Sydney to the M&A team. Mr. Baynes-Reid received his LLB Hons degree in Business Law from City University, London and is an English qualified lawyer.
