Amy Wolf

Amy Wolf is a Managing Partner at River Hollow Partners, a private equity firm focused on consumer product, retail, business services and manufacturing companies in the lower mid-market. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Dancing Deer Baking Co. and Kriser’s Natural Pet Supply. Prior to joining RHP, Amy was a retail entrepreneur.  In 1994, she launched Altitunes, a chain of stores that sold music, movies, and portable electronics in airports.  The business began with a phone call to the Port Authority of New York and NJ and grew to nearly 30 stores with sales of approximately $30 million. Amy successfully sold AltiTUNES in 2005 to InMotion Entertainment. Amy began her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and has been a featured speaker at many industry conferences for retail, entrepreneurs as well as the airport concession industry.  

Amy has served for over 20 years as a director of Ramapo for Children, a not-for-profit organization serving special needs children, and recently completed her term as chairman of the board. She received her BA Cum Laude from Brown University.

Kevin Charlton

Kevin has spent more than twenty years in private equity with JPMorgan, Investcorp, and Macquarie.

He has developed strong relationships with management teams, deal sources, co-investors, and due diligence providers through extensive transaction and asset management experience.

Kevin has served on more than twenty-five Boards of Directors in all relevant roles, and in almost all cases as Chairman or Lead Director on behalf of the majority owner; he has a strong reputation working in partnership with management to develop and execute a strategic agenda. He is currently on the Boards of the River Hollow Partners portfolio companies Dancing Deer Baking Company and Macro Energy. He also remains on the Board of Spirit Realty Capital (NYSE: SRC), which he took public in 2012 and where he is a member of the Compensation and Governance Committees. Finally, he is on the Board of heavy haul trucking company Daseke, which he helped take public (NASDAQ: DSKE) in February 2017. 

Kevin has successfully sold to strategic and financial investors, maximized value through the staged exit to separate buyers, and taken companies public.  This includes companies in aerospace, automotive, playground manufacturing, sporting goods, housewares, gourmet goods, industrial fabric, water infrastructure, petroleum drilling tools, bunkering and heavy duty trucks parts distribution.

Additional experience includes four years at McKinsey and three years in the Astrophysics Division at NASA Headquarters in Washington, DC.

Kevin received his BSE Cum Laude from Princeton University, his MSE with Distinction from the University of Michigan, and his MBA with Honors from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.

Charlie Baynes-Reid

Charlie has extensive experience working with portfolio companies on acquisitions and divestures, consolidation strategies, debt financing and refinancing, capital markets and exit strategies through private sales, public mergers and IPOs. He also has comprehensive knowledge of core legal and regulatory considerations relating to both domestic as well as complex cross border transactions and his sector experience includes companies focusing on logistics, business services, real estate, diversified industrials, renewable energy, financial services, technology & media and gaming.

Qualifying as a lawyer in the UK in 2001 with Simmons & Simmons in the Corporate Finance Group, he worked in London and Tokyo before moving to Minter Ellison in Sydney to the M&A team. He joined Macquarie in 2005, working primarily on principal acquisitions, based initially in Sydney. In 2007 he relocated to Macquarie’s New York office, where he focused on principal investments and capital markets transactions across multiple jurisdictions, before joining River Hollow Partners in early 2014.

Charlie received his LLB Hons degree in Business Law from City University, London and is dual qualified as an English lawyer and a member of the New York Bar.

Charlie currently serves as the Chairman of Macro Energy and is on the Board of Luna Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Adam Deutsch

Adam has a comprehensive background in lower mid-market private equity, specializing in businesses with complex capital structures across a host of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, business services, oil & gas, and real estate.

During his five years at Laurus Capital, Adam participated in over 30 transactions involving extensive LBO and M&A activity. He has guided numerous companies through the identification and implementation of strategic growth initiatives, with an emphasis on empowering managers as a means to driving investor value. Adam began his career at UBS, where he focused on retail products.

Adam received his BA from Vassar College, and his MBA with Honors from the Columbia Business School.

Susan Quinn

Susan Quinn has worked in private equity for eleven years. Prior to joining River Hollow Partners, she worked for the alternative investment firm Investcorp in a variety of roles. She supported the Global Head of Private Equity and Deputy Chief of Staff, planned events and was the NY point person for Corporate Communications. Besides managing the relationships with leadership teams for the firm's portfolio companies, she coordinated a complex multi-location conference in China, co-piloted investor conferences for limited partners and organized CEO Conferences for current and alumni CEOs. 

Additional experience includes three years as a writer, editor and webmaster for Buildnet and seven years directing an arts non-profit.

She received a dual BA Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
